Andi Costello

Trusted to manage entire cities, Andi chose to make her home in Vancouver after a 15-year career of public service in Pennsylvania, Arizona & California. Andi began her real estate career in 2011 as a real estate investor and became a real estate broker licensed in Washington in 2017 and Oregon in 2020.
Andi is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and co-owns Venture Commercial Real Estate with her business partner Lyle Stratton. Lyle and Andi began their business partnership in March of 2020, and in conjunction with purchasing an office building in February 2023, Lyle and Andi opened their own commercial real estate brokerage, Venture Commercial Real Estate.
While Andi’s day job is helping people buy, sell, lease, and invest in commercial real estate, Andi can often be seen around town volunteering with the Evergreen Habitat for Humanity (2017-present), Rotary Club of Three Creeks (Club President 2022-2023), the Hazel Dell Salmon Creek Business Association (Board member 2023), learning to play golf, or hiking.
Lyle Stratton

Lyle started his Commercial Real Estate Career in 1987. Beautiful Bend, Oregon was where it all began and he was one of the very top producers in Central Oregon until 2010. In 1995, he purchased the largest commercial sales, leasing and management company west of the Cascades. In 1997, he added building for his commercial real estate clients as a general contractor. To date, his companies have built over one million square feet of commercial, including ground-up construction, redevelopment and tenant improvements. In 2011, he moved to the PNW, got his real estate license in Washington State in 2014 and Texas in 2016. In 2019, he obtained his contractor's license in Washington State and Texas was added in 2022.
